Primarily every drug addict is a very good person, but the prolonged use of illegal drugs and alcohol changes the character and decays the ethics and morals of people who are addicted to drugs and alcohol. The most successful drug rehab center will help the individual to re-acquire the ethics and morals that once existed within him before he entered the vicious cycle of drug addiction.
